Bespoke Questions
Meet The Real Me are delighted to offer employers the chance to create bespoke video interview questions which can be sent to pre selected candidates.
This service has been designed to allow employers to get even closer to the right candidates by hearing specific answers relevant to their organisation and industry.
Employers are able to create bespoke interviews by:
- Initially viewing candidates via search results. Candidates that are of interest can be saved to a specific folder within an employers homepage. Employers can create as many folders for different jobs as required.
- Selecting the interview tab on the left hand side of employer page and then click to create a new video
- Attach a specific job to the interview, set a deadline and then type 3 questions and a question summary which you wish to be sent to selected candidates.
- When you have completed the interview criteria select a group of candidates you wish to this to be sent to and send out
- Candidates will be notified when an interview request arrives and will access this interview via their personalised mail box
- Candidates complete the interview ( before the interview deadline) and send back to the employer who in turn will be notified when this arrives
- Finally employers view these interviews before deciding if to invite somebody for a face to face interview.
