    If you want to manage your own recruitment process, our website gives you the freedom to do so. You can search for as many candidates as you like for a flat rate subscription fee. You can advertise, search, browse, and create your own short list. You’ve also got the option to create your own bespoke questions for your favorite candidates so you can find out why they want to work for you, why they would be good at the role, and what they have to offer before you commit to a face to face interview!
