We work with universities and colleges to help get students employed at the end of their degrees. Our careers team has over ten years' experience of helping hundreds of graduates successfully find employment.
We work with careers staff and stu dent services to provide an additional strategy in the Employability portfolio. Through the use of an e-me: namely a traditional CV, a video profile, employment sectors, locations across the country and salary preferences; we help graduates and newly qualified students launch their job campaigns.
We understand that students are in full-time education, but going to university doesn't prevent many students from seeking a part-time or evening job or an internship/work experience. An e-me enables students to promote their academic experience, social skills and professional ambitions to prospective employers. And as you can use your e-me to apply for any job, anywhere in the world, it is vital to your job hunt, whether you're still studying or you're a fresh graduate.
The overall aim is to enable employers to identify and headhunt the students they want to employ, and allow jobseekers to target and contact employers they want to work for.
Meet The Real Me works with our partner universities and colleges to introduce students and employers to each other and to share employability strategies with careers and students services.
