Meet The Real Me are delighted to offer employers the chance to create bespoke video interview questions which can be sent to pre-selected candidates.
This service has been designed to allow employers to get even closer to the right candidates by hearing specific answers relevant to their organisation and industry.
To create bespoke questions, follow these steps:
· Select your candidates of interest, and save their profiles in a folder on your homepage. Employers can create as many folders for different jobs as required on their own homepage.
· Select the interview tab on the left-hand side of your employer page to create a new video.
· Set a deadline and then type three questions and a question summary which you wish to be sent to selected candidates.
· When you have completed the interview criteria select a group of candidates and send your bespoke questions out.
· Candidates will be notified when an interview request arrives, which they can access through their personal mail box.
· Candidates complete the interview before the deadline, and send it back to the employer.
· Finally, employers view these interviews before deciding whether to invite the candidate for a face to face interview.
