Webcam settings for Apple Macs with built-in webcams

If all you get when you try to create a Video CV using a Mac and Safari is a grey screen and no video image - try this.

1. Login to your personal profile
2. Select first question to record
3. Watch or skip the introduction
4. Position your mouse pointer over the grey area where there should be a video image
5. Press the Ctrl key and click with the mouse (Ctrl + Click) which should bring up a menu
6. Select Settings - you should now see a camera settings menu
7. Select the Camera icon towards the bottom right-hand side of the menu
8. From the drop down menu - select USB Video Class Video
9. You should now be able to see a video image behind the menu
10. Now select the Screen icon (bottom row of icons - second from the left)
11. Tick the Remember box (this will save the settings for www.meettherealme.co.uk only)
12. Finally Close the window

If you try to make a Video CV and get the Adobe Flash Player Settings Window - simply select the Camera icon at the bottom and follow the instructions from number 7 above
