We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Director who has the ability, self motivation and enthusiasm to deliver for our Full service creative Agency. This is an exciting role within London Creative and you will be given the opportunity to develop your skills and progress your role in the company.

As a self starter with a 'can do' attitude you will be targeted to proactively identify and generate new business opportunities in the Marketing Communications Industry, projects to customers in all sectors.

We are looking for a highly charismatic individual to promote the company's image in the marketplace, to initiate and build direct contacts at all levels within organisations and convert these opportunities into sales. A key part of the role is to make contact with prospects, recognise opportunities, be able to describe and evangelise London Creative's services and discuss how these services would be applied in business as well as the associated benefits.

The role will require the ability to contribute to, and in most cases take responsibility for, the entire sales life cycle from initiation to closing and in some cases, subsequent account management. The Business Development Director will also contribute including delivering presentations and assisting with all relevant administration as required.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Optimise business growth through identifying new markets and business opportunities.
  • Have a good understanding of a prospect's business functions and requirements.
  • Maintain and develop existing customer business through appropriate prospecting and business development methods.
  • Take responsibility for the entire sales cycle for allocated leads and assist with others as required.
  • Ability to communicate complex solutions in an appropriate manner
  • Advocate the company and its services.
  • Attend and present at client meetings to aid business development.
  • Attend relevant seminars and networking events to develop business relationships.
  • Manage personal time and productivity.
  • Help with relevant sales and marketing administrative duties, including the maintenance of the CRM system.

Salary & Benefits:

  • £25,000 depending on experience + realistic OTE of £45,000
  • Pension Contribution Scheme
  • Performance-related bonus

Job Requirements:

  • A proven track record in developing exceptional relationships within a business to business environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish good working relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Proven ability in engaging at a senior level with both customers and prospects
  • Proven ability to produce engaging, accurate proposals
  • A broad understanding and interest in Business would be highly beneficial.

Qualifications:

You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) ,must possess a full, clean UK driving license and it is important that the successful candidate possesses very strong skills in spoken and written English.
