At the LBM Middleton contact centre we are currently offering a variety of fu ll time permanent roles to support our rapidly expanding business. This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated, driven individuals to join our professional sales teams. We are looking for ambitious and experienced Sales Advisors to join teams based in our Middleton Contact Centre. It is our preference to offer our roles on a full time basis, offered at 38.75 hours per week over 5 days, Mon - Thurs, 11:45am - 8pm and Fri, 09:45am - 6pm. Currently there is no compulsory weekend working for any of our sales campaigns!
Desired Experience/Skills
• 6-12 months Sales or relevent experience (Telesales, Targeted Retail Sales, Door to Door Sales etc)
• Previous experience of working to and exceeding targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a multi-staff environment
• Demonstrates can plan own workload and can readily accept Training, Feedback and Supervision from Management
• Strong Negotiation skills
• Has IT skills preferably with knowledge of in-house databases, the Internet and able to analyse information
• Friendly and professional telephone manner
• Strong objection handling skills
• Confident, self motivated, competitive and assertive
