At the LBM Bredbury contact centre we are currently offering a variety of full time permanent sales roles to support our rapidly expanding business. This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated, driven individuals to join o ur professional sales teams. Sales Roles We are looking for ambitious and experienced Telesales Advisors to join teams based in our Bredbury Contact Centre. It is our preference to offer our roles on a full time basis, offered at 38.75 hours per week over 5 days. Currently there is no compulsory weekend working for any of our sales campaigns!
You must possess strong sales skills, have the ability to overcome objections, be an excellent communicator and have some basic IT skills. It is essential that you enjoy working in a target driven sales environment, are a good team player and also have the ability to work on your own initiative. Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
We offer a very competitive basic starting salary of £14,000 (rising up to £14,500 after 6 months continuous) - on top of which you can earn uncapped commission on your sales. We also offer an exciting range of benefits including discounts on mobile phone tariffs and gym membership as well as a free company car park and on site canteen facilities!
High quality, bespoke training will be provided by our in-house training team for successful candidates prior to starting work in the contact centre. Immediate and flexible start dates are available.
This role would suit candidates with experience in: Contact Centre Sales, Contact Centre Advisor, Retail, Customer Service, B2C, B2B, Utility or Telecommunications Sales
