MEET THE REAL STUDENT AMBASSADOR 2012

The Task:

Meet the real me is an innovative online recruitment portal that utilises cutting edge technology to bring CV's to life. We are offering an exciting opportunity for you to be involved as a campus brand ambassador.

Key responsibilities:

We will be running seminars throughout the 2012 academic year on the ways video CV's help you stand out in the current job market. Your role will involve promoting these events through on-campus activity, social media and by working with your University Careers service and Students Guild. Your tasks will include:

  • Promote Meet The Real Me seminar through extracurricular, on-campus award schemes.
  • Meet video conversion targets.
  • Deliver a presentation to students about Meet The Real Me services (meeting targets for attendance)
  • Liaise with society leaders to help promote Meet The Real Me and to improve video conversion rates.
  • Administrative tasks such as lecture room bookings.

Requirements:

  • Great time management
  • Sociable and outgoing.
  • Comfortable in public speaking
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial - experience of event organisation preferable.
  • Results and target driven.
  • Passion for media and digital media.

Remuneration:

We are offering two Brand Ambassador Positions per University. If you are successful you will receive the following benefits:

  • £50 iTunes voucher to welcome you to the team.
  • £100 per term (plus an added £100 if you reach your agreed target).
  • Top 3 converting ambassadors will win a month long, paid internship at Meet The Real Me's London headquarters - your chance to gain experience in a thriving online business!
