Globespan Media is looking for an online sales executive to join their hard working and successful sales team. You will be responsible for:
- Selling online advertising solutions across both whathouse.co.uk and showhouse.co.uk
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for generating and converting new business revenue streams
- Promoting and selling online display opportunities as well as creative solutions across the brands
- Reporting revenue, campaign results, website performance, market share analysis, market conditions to Sales Manager when required
- Working closely with the classified sales executive to develop a robust classified online solution for advertisers and to exceed revenue targets
- Creating sales presentation material and sale plans when necessary
Person Specification:
To be a success in this role you will need:
- A minimum of one year’s online sales experience and knowledge of the property industry (however we are open to seeing all candidates who have shown a strong commitment to sales and are keen to prove their talents)
- A professional and sophisticated sales approach, confident at presenting at all levels (client direct) and with a balanced, outgoing personality
- Have face-to-face client experience with strong sales and deal closing abilities
- Maintain regular contact with your client base on the phone, meetings, attending relevant industry events, shows and exhibitions
- Ability to liaise effectively between other departments, including Ad Ops and Editorial-A creative approach and fresh ideas
- The ability to work individually as well as a part of a team
- Work closely with your sales manager to set and deliver strategic objectives for your clients
