      Our client is a top tier recruitment firm based in the heart of London with offices all over the world. They are looking to recruit high calibre graduates to their fast track training scheme. 

      From day one you will be working closely with senior consultants researching candidates. The ideal candidate will progress quickly.  Once you are a fully trained consultant you will be responsible for managing all aspects of successful high-level recruitment campaigns.

      Money motivation and the desire to work hard to earn it are essential as in addition to a generous basic salary commission is uncapped and available from day one. 

      Whilst no prior recruitment experience is necessary the ideal candidate will have superb people skills and a tenacious attitude. Previous experience in sales, cold calling or a customer focused environment would be an advantage, but not essential.
