We're looking for a driven, dynamic and experienced subscription sales executive to work for an innovative online recruitment business. With a focus on new business and account development you will be launching a new product to existing and new client s.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the dynamic and revolutionary world of on-line recruitment. You must have at least 6 months B2B sales experience and want a highly rewarding role in a fast paced industry. You must be extremely comfortable with a consultative sales pitch and have experience closing business over the phone and face-to-face.
Salary: £18k - £22k basic + uncapped commission (OTE £30k - £38k)
What are we looking for?
- An articulate individual with outstanding communication skills who is comfortable generating new business over the phone and face-to-face.
- At least six months selling B2B experience with excellent closing skills.
- Have a track record of consistently hitting and exceeding targets.
- A natural self starter who highly driven and results focused with a positive approach and strong work ethic.
- An intelligent, quick thinker who can provide customer focused solutions and an entrepreneurial flair for spotting new business potential.
