Meet The Real Me are delighted to be able to offer its clients a tailored recruitment service. We have been working in an agency capacity since 2008 and have excellent specialist recruitment teams.

We specialise in supplying motivated sales candidates into the media, IT, financial and advertising sectors. We are a contingency lead agency meaning you only pay if you hire one of our candidates – no placement, no fee!

Meet The Real Me are the only recruitment agency in the UK to use video central to its recruitment process. Video CVs allow our clients to see and hear candidates before deciding who to bring in for a face-to-face interview. It allows candidates to stand out from the crowd, and gets employers nearer to the right candidate much earlier in the recruitment process.

Our recruitment process is as follows:

  • Take a detailed client requirement fully understanding the role and the kind of personality / skills required to fill the position
  • Advertise the requirement on several of the leading job portals (including Meet The Real Me)
  • Deal with advertising response and then conduct thorough telephone interviews.
  • Successful candidates from the telephone interviews are then brought into our central London office for a face to face interview with a consultant
  • Candidates then record their Video CV which will be instantly available for clients to view.
  • Clients are then able to login to a secure area of the Meet The Real Me website to view a saved search of candidates relevant for their role.
  • Meet The Real Me and the client then work together to arrange interviews right through to job offers and start dates. We also offer our clients the facility to run group interviews at our offices. This is often a great way to see 10 candidates in a one-hour session.


Meet The Real Me's tailored recruitment offering is a separate service to the Video CV subscription packages available on this site. We initially focus on our network of candidates and extensive database to source suitable people for your positions rather than just advertising the position on your behalf and managing the responses.

Our focus is to make sure you spend as little time as possible interviewing unsuitable candidates.   We do all the initial work – searching, screening and short-listing – and you choose who you want to interview.

Many of the candidates we speak to regarding contingent roles are not available on CV databases (including ours) and are only interested in working for a select number of employers or specific industries. We have the expertise and experience to source any level of resource for any type of sales or customer facing role.
